ORDER PROCESS:
  • A brief description of the project is offered by the client.
  • Professional consultation is then provided by our designer(s).
  • 50% deposit is required prior to start of any project.
  • Up to 2 design proofs will be sent to client awaiting approval.
  • A third design proof can be provided for an added fee.
  • Project is performed.
  • Balance is required to be paid in full upon completion of project.
VEHICLES:
  • Ricci Signs, LLC will not be responsible for personal property left in any vehicle.
  • A waiver must be signed if client intends to leave vehicle on company premise
  • Ricci Signs, LLC is not responsible for any damage as a result of removal of existing
    vinyl or graphics on vehicles.
  • Vehicles must be cleaned and prepared for graphics installation by client. Vehicles can
    can be cleaned by Ricci Signs, LLC for an added charge.
  • Removal of vinyl and graphics prior to installation is not included in price quote.
  • All truck lettering price quotes include application and installation only.

REFUNDS:
  • Each sign project is performed for a specific client, therefore, all projects are custom in their orientation. There will be no refunds.
DELIVERY:
  • Sign Projects can be delivered to client for an added transportation fee, otherwise, they should be picked up upon completion.
  • There will be an added fee assessed for sign projects left without pick-up for longer than one week.
PROMOTIONS & Special Offers:

  • Limit one promotion or special offer per client per one transaction.
  • A promotion or special offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • Promotions and/or special offers apply to sign fabrication only.

PAYMENTS:
  • Payments can be made by company checks, or purchase order agreements.
  • Rush Orders - 25% of sales amount. (conditional upon availability of resources).
  • Final payments due upon completion of work (except for purchase orders).
  • No financing available.
